Introducing our new Flash-based Upload Widget! As easy as clicking through a wizard, and copying and pasting a bit of embed code.

The result is a sleek looking form that can be styled to blend with your site and display a rich set of upload fields. Once embedded, your site visitors browse to select a file, describe and classify the video or photo, and CLICK! Done!

The new widget also supports hidden metadata values, which can be added automatically to files uploaded through the form. Want to classify all uploads through the form above using the terms yoga, exercise and user submissions? This widget can do that, without any action on the part of site users. Want to file away submissions through this form in a hidden collection called User Submitted? No problem.

Quick and easy to use? We think so. VMIX launched the new Upload Widget without much fanfare just a few weeks ago. Within minutes (minutes!) of notifying clients, WIS TV of Columbia, South Carolina, had launched a UGC photo contest using the new widget!
