Which edition of vMix do I need?

vMix is available in a number of different editions depending on your requirements and budget.

To find the edition that best suits your requirements, download the vMix Free 60 Day Trial, test it out and then answer the following:
 
Do you need to use the 2,3 or 4 overlay buttons located under each input?
Do you use the List input option under Add Input?
Count the number of inputs you typically add to vMix, is it more than 4?
Do you need to connect more than 3 cameras to vMix at the same time?
 
If you answered yes for any of these, you will need the HD, 4K, Pro or Max edition.
 
 
Do you need to record each camera separately?
Do you need to use two fullscreen or external outputs at the same time?
Do you need 4K support?
Do you need Instant Replay for only one camera?
Do you need to use vMix to control your vMix supported PTZ Camera?
Do you need to bring in up to 4 callers for vMix Call?
 
If you answered yes to any of these, you will need the 4K or Max edition.
 
 
Do you need Instant Replay for up to 8 cameras?
Do you need to bring in up to 8 callers for vMix Call?
 
You will need the Pro or Max edition.
