Pat Burns PRESIDENT AND CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

As President and Chief Executive Officer, Patrick J. Burns brings over 30 years’ experience in executive and operations management, finance and global organizational consulting.

Mr. Burns carries significant multi-industry knowledge and experience, advancing high-growth technology startups and industry-leading Fortune 100 companies alike. He is known for his ability to take promising technologies and organizations to the next level.

Prior to joining VMIX, Pat led several software, hardware and medical-device startup companies. He also consulted extensively to organizations on risk management, corporate performance and strategic planning.

Mr. Burns has led teams for international industry leaders like Ford Motor Company Finance Staff, Xerox, Bechtel, Brown and Root, and the Maersk Group.

Pat holds a Masters in Economics from the University of Detroit, a Bachelor of Arts in Latin American Economics and Spanish, and a Bachelor of Arts and Science from the University of Missouri-Columbia.

Greg Kostello CO-FOUNDER AND CHIEF TECHNOLOGY OFFICER

As Founder and CTO of VMIX, Greg Kostello brings over 20 years' experience in technology development and management.

Previously Mr. Kostello was President of Vivendi-Universal Net Technologies, where he integrated advances made in technology at MP3.com into the music industry's commercial systems.

Prior to the sale of MP3.com to Vivendi-Universal in 2001, Mr. Kostello, as Executive Vice President of Technology, was instrumental in developing MP3.com into the top online music community with over 30 million registered visitors.

Mr. Kostello also co-founded DigitalStyle, an early developer of web tools, sold to Netscape in 1997.

His experience in the industry includes past positions with companies like Apple Computer and Netscape, where he was a Technical Lead on the Gecko browser engine that became the foundation for Mozilla-based software. Mr. Kostello has also founded or participated in five other start-up ventures.

Greg Kostello graduated from UC Irvine with a degree in Information and Computer Science. He served on the UCSD Connect Leadership Council from 1999-2001.

Terry Ash CO-FOUNDER AND EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT

Terry Ash brings over 20 years' experience in sales, brand strategies and corporate relationships to his position as Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing at VMIX.

Previously Mr. Ash was Vice President of Sales for Universal Music Group's special markets division, home to such prominent labels as Interscope, MCA, Motown, Universal, Geffen and Island Def Jam.

Prior to this, Terry was Executive Vice President for the Vivendi-Universal Internet Group in North America, overseeing over $250 million in revenue from major brands, including MP3.com, Rollingstone.com and Emusic.

He was also Senior Vice President of Advertising Sales for MP3.com, focusing on developing corporate sponsorships and original programming for radio and TV syndication, eventually leading to the sale of MP3.com to Vivendi-Universal.

Mr. Ash graduated from San Diego State University with a BA in Liberal Arts and Sciences, and served for seven years on the Board of Directors for the UCSD Cancer Center.

Walter Tendler CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

In his position as CFO at VMIX, Walter Tendler brings over 25 years' experience in finance, operations, auditing, strategy and venture capital.

Prior to joining VMIX, Mr. Tendler held the position of CFO and VP Finance at a number of public and private companies including Avalon Ventures (VC Firm with $250 million under management), PersonaLogic (sold to AOL), Real Age, New Media Merchants (now BidShift), Infrasonics and Sentient Pharmaceuticals.

He has participated in over $100 million in completed M&A, IPO and licensing transactions, and been involved in over $100 million in venture capital financing.

Walt started his career as an auditor and CPA at Ernst & Young, where he was promoted to Audit Manager in four years. He graduated Cum Laude with Distinction in Accounting from San Diego State University and holds an MBA from the Haas School of Business at University of California Berkeley.

Wayne Kao VICE PRESIDENT OF PRODUCT

Wayne Kao brings over 15 years' experience in developing software platforms for a variety of vertical markets.

Before joining VMIX, Mr. Kao managed the product development lifecycle for membership applications at Kintera, and was responsible for managing a scalable payment processing system for domestic and international currencies.

Wayne also held senior engineering, project management, and product management positions at Sony Online Entertainment, HNC Software Inc. (acquired by Fair Isaac), AsiaStudios, and Boeing Autometric.

Mr. Kao holds a Masters in Business Administration from Babson College in Massachusetts, and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Mathematics from University of California, Riverside.

Bill Curci VICE PRESIDENT OF MARKETING

Bill Curci brings over 17 years' of marketing, management and business-development experience in the software industry.

Before joining VMIX, Mr. Curci led Java SE Product Marketing at Sun Microsystems where he was responsible for product strategy, marketing communications, pricing, and serving as spokesperson to customers, press and analysts.

Prior to leading Java marketing, Bill managed partner and business-development teams at Sun Microsystems, responsible for partner strategy, management, marketing and contracts.

Mr. Curci holds a Masters in Business Administration from Santa Clara University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Applied Mathematics from UC San Diego.

Lei Pan SENIOR DIRECTOR OF ENGINEERING

As Senior Director of Engineering, Lei Pan brings eight years' experience in building solid, scalable architecture for software platforms.

Before joining VMIX, Mr. Pan developed operating systems and server architectures for Linspire (Lindows) and Skinit, where he managed backend ecommerce site integrations for clients like Dell, Verizon Wireless and T-Mobile.

Lei has also developed and supported web applications for IBM, Scripps Institute of Oceanography, Space and Naval Warfare Command Center (SPAWAR), and Disney Interactive.

Mr. Pan graduated with a Bachelor Science in Computer Sciences from UC San Diego.
