Flash Player crash when adding Flash/RTMP input in Windows 10

A crash may occur in vMix when adding a Flash/RTMP input under Windows 10.
The message may be "vMix has stopped working" or a more specific debugging error referring to a user breakpoint.

This error is caused by the latest Adobe Flash Player security update installed as a part of the standard windows security updates.
Specifically the following update:

Security Update for Internet Explorer Flash Player for Windows 10 Version 1511 for x64-based Systems (KB3132372)

This update can be uninstalled as a temporary fix, however this is not recommended as it may leave your system vulnerable to flash based exploits if you use the Internet Explorer or Microsoft Edge browsers.

Windows update may also install this update again during the next update cycle.

It is expected this bug will be resolved in the next flash player update.
