HEVC error in SRT with extension installed

An error may be received when using HEVC with SRT even with the extension installed in the Windows 10 app store.

This is due to conflicting HEVC installations causing problems on the system.

To fix this

1. Go to Settings in Windows 10, then Apps

2 Search the list for HEVC and uninstall all extensions.
3. Reinstall the extension from the Microsoft store

4. Start vMix
