Wire transfer payment method

Wire transfer is supported as payment method and can be selected during the order process.
Please note wire transfers can take 5 business days or more to be received, and licenses cannot be issued until this time.
 
If after 5 business days the payment has not been received, please follow the steps below:
 
1. Visit the web site https://www.questionacharge.com/
2. Where it says "Please select one" set this to Wire transfer
3. Scroll down and click Contact Support
4. Fill in your details including Order ID and upload a copy of the Wire Transfer receipt from your bank.
5. FastSpring will be in touch in a few days on the status of this request.
