If in the rare instance this Activate window does not appear, or an error occurs, activation can be done manually:
Activating vMix 24 with an existing Registration Key
When installing vMix 24 over the top of a previous version, vMix 24 will prompt to activate your registration key again.
Click Activate in this window to proceed.
If in the rare instance this Activate window does not appear, or an error occurs, activation can be done manually:
1. Login to our account page with the Registration Key or optionally via Email:
2. Scroll down to the Activate section, click Deactivate next to the computer you wish to upgrade.
3. Type in the Registration Key into vMix 24, it will now register normally.
